Our responsibility to our Scholars is to equip them to thrive at work.

We recognise that there are large differences between the university environment and a tech team situation - especially with a world of work that has shifted to remote and flexible patterns.

So, we've built our programme to give Scholars and Partners everything needed for a seamless transition.

Remote-first experience

We want our Scholars to be able to thrive in a remote working environment.

That's why we've designed The Mark, our pre-employment programme, as a remote training experience, including:

Connected community

We want our Scholars to feel connected to a community that goes beyond screens.

That's why we include a week of residential training in The Mark, where Scholars live and learn alongside their cohort peers.

It's our way of accelerating the connections and friendships inside the cohort, so that they have a strong support network.

Ongoing coaching

We want our Scholars to feel at ease as they embed, learn and work at a Partner employer.

That's why we support them with ongoing check-ins, mentoring and 1:1 coaching throughout the 21 months of The Track.

Our Scholars are never alone or isolated - we are there to support them through the changes and challenges of a new role.
